Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. dua66 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the dua66 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dua66 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify dua66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4.2 Liability for Account Activity. dua66 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arises from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All bets placed through your account prior to dua66 receiving written notice of unauthorised access shall be treated as valid and binding.
4.3 Account Currency. The dua66 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. dua66 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Balances will not be reduced below zero.
5.1 dua66 is required to verify the identity and age of all players as part of its obligations under its international gaming license. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other time at dua66's discretion.

5.4 False Documentation. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documentation to dua66 constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 Accepted Methods. dua66 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. Available deposit methods may vary and are displayed at the cashier section of the Platform.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated at the cashier. dua66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
6.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to other persons are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
6.4 Credit and Debt. dua66 does not offer credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are present in your Real Money Balance. dua66 is not responsible for any debts incurred by players in order to fund gambling activity.
6.5 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account through the Responsible Gaming tools available in your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
7.2 Processing Times. dua66 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for verified accounts. In practice, processing times depend on the player's chosen payment method and the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. dua66 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though dua66 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.
7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings. Winnings generated from Bonus Balance funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
7.5 Fraud Review. dua66 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for the purposes of fraud and money-laundering screening. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review.
8.1 General. dua66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse the dua66 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing hedged bets designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — is strictly prohibited. dua66 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where abuse is identified.
8.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated offer period, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time frame, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated conditional winnings are forfeited without compensation.
8.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. dua66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already claimed by a player will be honoured on its original stated terms.
9.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the dua66 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, Dice, Piggy Gold, and all other instant games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or real dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are not influenced by dua66 or any third party.
9.2 Sportsbook Betting. All sports bets, including cricket and PSL betting markets, are subject to the dua66 Sportsbook Rules which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of any technical error affecting odds or market settlement, dua66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on dua66. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by dua66 at any time.
9.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules. For sports bets, all bets placed and confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid. dua66 is not liable for losses caused by player-side internet or device failures.
9.5 Void Bets. dua66 reserves the right to declare any bet void where it has been placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity associated with that bet.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of dua66's intellectual property may result in legal action and will be met with immediate account closure.
12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. dua66 makes no representation or warranty that you will win any money by using the Platform. Gambling involves inherent risk and you accept that you may lose all funds you deposit.
12.2 Platform Availability. dua66 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond dua66's control may result in temporary unavailability. dua66 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
12.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dua66's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. dua66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by dua66's gaming license authority. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Language. These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
16.1 dua66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dua66 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
